Stephen Hawking was paralysed. He was the one who can't walk on his own. He, in later phase of his life has even lost the ability to talk. He was only blessed with the power of thinking. He explained the general theory of relativity and quantum mechanics. Even if he was disabled he did not lose his hope and made world a better place to live.
