Depression happens when levels of your so called Happy hormones reduce in the body. It's okay, it happens with everyone on this planet, as a result of external or internal forces.So, just relax and don't worry you can tackle it.
First, start sharing and talking about your conditions to one person you are close to like your parents, if that's not the case try seeking help from a psychotherapist. This really works.
