Solution :

(2x+4)(4x−3)

2x ( 4x - 3 ) + 4 ( 4x - 3 )

↪ 8x² -6x + 16x - 12

↪ 8x² +16x - 6x - 12

↪ 8x² + 10x - 12

Important Algebraic identities :

(I) ( a + b )² = a² + b² + 2ab

(ii) ( a - b )² = a² + b² -2ab

(III) a³ - b³ = ( a-b)( a² + 2ab + b² )

(Iv) a³ + b³ = ( a+b ) ( a² - 2ab + b² )
