How do you multiply (5x3x+1)−(19x+3)=(76)?

Your question is bit unclear but I'll try it.

(5×3x+1)−(19x+3)=(76)

⇒15x+1-19x-3=76

⇒-4x-2=76

⇒-4x=76+2

⇒x=78/(-4)

x=-39/2

x=-19.5
