Preparation of compost manure is an easy method which can be done in the following ways:
1. At first a portion of the soil is dug
2. Some ashes are sprinkled on the hole, followed by water
3. Then some dry matter is thrown into it and they are covered by animal wastes.
4. After that the entire thing is covered by green leaves along with a layer of soil and water
5. The process is repeated up to a height of 1.5 meters approximately and the entire arrangement is left for 3 weeks.
6. The arrangement is repeated till 3 months after which the compost is ready to be used.
