to prevent communicable diseases you can

a) make sure not to use the infected persons towel or chlothes

b)make sure you cover your mouth if you have diseases like cough and cold

c)not come in contact with the infected person

d)use mosquito nets to prevent entry of mosquitos as the cause the spreading of malaria

e)maintain proper hygiene and sanity
