Answer:

We say Ice as solid because when the water is in ice form we can not change it's shape .When the water is in form of ice the tetrahydral bond is compactly tite .But when it becomes liquid the bond also becomes loose .

Answer:

ice is solid because particles are close to each other and it has definite volume and shape whereas liquid state that is water has definite volume but does not have definite shape and take the shape of the container in which it is kept and particles move freely compared to solids.

hope it helps mark me as brainliest.
