How do you simplify −18÷(−2)+(−9) using PEMDAS?

first of all we can using the method of the mass then we can divided -18 divided by minus 2 then the answer is - 9 so when we we have -9 then we can added the - 9 - 9 and the ans is -18 so have our ans and the sns is -18
