(3m-4p)*(3m-6p)

9m^2-18mp-12mp+24p^2

9m^2-30mp+24p^2=0

taking 3 common

3(3m^2-10mp+8p^2)=0

3m^2-10mp+8p^2=0

3m^2-6mp-4mp+8p^2

3m(m-2p)-4p(m-2p)

(3m-4p)(m-2p)
