How do you solve −2(x−6)+7=35?

-2x+12+7=34

-2x=34-19

X=-15/2= -7.5

-2 (x-6)+7=35

LHS:-

(-2×x+(-2×-6))

-2x+12+7

= -2x+19

RHS:-.

thus,

-2x+19=35

-2x=35-19=16

x=16/-2=-8

So, the solution is -8.
