X+9y=8

X= 8-9Y

NOW Apply x in equation2

3 (8-9y)+2y=-1

24-27y+2y=-1

25=25y

Y=1

Now apply t in equation

×=8-9y

X= 8-9

The answer is x= -1 ,y=1
