Hiiu..

By elimination method..

4x+3y=-7

5x-2y=-26

Multiply by 5 in equn (i) & 4 in equn (ii)

20x+15y=-35

20x-8y=-104

on subtracting (ii) from (i)

23y= 69

y=3

put y = 3 in (i)

4x+3(3)=-7

4x = -7-9

4x = -16

x = -4
