answer
5(2x + 6) =  - 4( - 5 - 2x) + 3x \\ 10x + 30 = 20 + 8x + 3x \\ 10 - 8x - 3x = 20 - 30 \\  - x =  - 10 \\  \\  |x = 10|

10x+30 = 20+8x+3x

=> 10x - (8x+3x) =20-30

=> - 1x=- 10

=> x=10

Ans is X=10

(according to my calculation)
