Step-by-step explanation:

We have,

6 - 4√3((-9) + (3 x 7))

= 6 - 4√3((-9) + 21)

= 6 - 4√3(12)

= 6 - 4√36

Now, we know that,

√36 = +6 or -6

also,

6 - 4√3((-9) + (3 x 7)) = -18

In this,

-4√3((-9) + (3 x 7)) must be a -ve value greater than 6

Hence,

4√3((-9) + (3 x 7)) = +ve value

Hence, here we take √36 = 6

So,

6 - (4 × 6)

= 6 - 24

= -18

Hope it helped and you understood it........All the best
