6x-2y=-3----(1)
5x+3y=4-----(2)

multiplying eq^n no. 1 by 3
18x-6y=-9-------(3)

multiplying equation no.2 by 2
10x+6y=8------(4)

adding equation no.3 and 4
28x=-1
x=-1/28

put x=-1/28 in equation no.1
6×-1/28-2y=-3
-6/28-2y=-3
-2y=-3×28/-6
-2y=28/2
-2y=14
y=14/-2
y=-7

(x,y)=(-1/28,-7)
