 \huge \mathfrak{hello \: mate}

8x+3y=-9------(1)

-8x+y=29-------(2)

Adding (1) and (2), we get

4y=20

y=5

Substituting this value in (1)

8x+3(5)=-9

8x=-9-15

8x=-24

x=-3

Hence , the values of x and y are -3 and 5 respectively.

y=5 by cutting 8x And-8x then we get 3y and y which makes 4y the digit 29 and-9 makes 20 and this makes 4y=20 by solving it makes y= 5 then put the value y in any one equation then we will get the value x
