so buddy its really easy.

everytime there will be certain measurements given to find the area of any shape or figure. and there are particular formulas for taking out the area for ex a question

find the area of a square of 4 cm each side

for taking out area of suare the formula is ((side x side))

so that means 4cm x 4cm = 4cm^2 (note: '^' represents square)

i would prefer you to practice some nos and learn formulas
