How do you solve the simultaneous equations y=3x−5 and x2+y2=25?

Answer:one equation is linear and other is quadratic.substitute value of y from equation 1 to equation 2. The resulting equation is know in one variable i.e in X. Find the value of X and then substitute back in 1 to get value of y.
