• Fast for 24 hours.

• Wake up at 6:00 am do my HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training)for around 1 hour and a half on an empty stomach, 5 times a week.

• Go to work i’m a Doc in Physical Therapy, basically my work starts from 9 am to 3 pm.

• After that come home play with my German Shepherd for around 2 hours and get my meal ready after a long day of fasting and dieting, enjoy my meal.

• Then i would basically have some free time, i would Speedrun games like Resident Evil, Silent Hill, Devil May Cry etc then i would play some Runescape.

• Or watch a movie or any of my favorite tv shows.

• At 9 pm i would take a walk or meet up with friends to around 11–12pm or go out anywhere if planned.

• At 12 pm i would be dead, then the same pattern tomorrow would follow.
