proper bedtime -weight loss
sleeping provide a more productive morning ,a healthier heart , a better workout and no more caffeine overload

waking up early -'the early morning has gold in its mouth' said by benjamin franklin.
one of the most significant benefit of this is reduced stress level .when you rise early, it eliminates the need to rush in morning. it also helps you to sustain a healthier diet.
