In the stereotype mentality of the society, women are subordinate than men. The women cannot do the technical work, research work, participation in Olympic Games, etc, and based this type of judgement; they are getting lesser wages than men. According the stereotype, women are good in household work and it should be their priority. They can do some profession like teaching or nursing.
