Both rights to constitutional remedy and judicial review have one thing in common which is the power to the higher courts for giving decisions.

In Right to constitutional remedies, the Supreme court of India has the power to provide relief to citizens in case of violation of their fundamental rights.

In the case of judicial review, the Supreme Court and the High court have the power to review the decisions of lower courts or overrule the wrong decisions.

Answer:

The Right to Constitutional Remedies and Judicial review are interconnected, because the latter is practiced when a Fundamental Right is corrupted by the state.

Ambedkar considered the right to constitutional remedies as "heart and soul of the constitution" which means approaching the Supreme Court or high court in case of fundamental rights are corrupted.

The right to constitutional remedies connects to the idea of judicial review because the judiciary thinks that the laws passed are violating the basic structure of the constitution.

In this situation changes made will be in accordance with people's needs.
