I will engage them in an idea which includes fun as well as study. As this idea will not be turned down by any of them. I will focus more on the fun factors that we can have while going on an educational trip which will cover up the both issues that is going on an educational trip and getting every one agreed.

An educational trip should be planned to somewhere where the students can have the maximum exposure and they will have fun too at the same time.
First of the educational goals should be planned, so that everyone should know the purpose of the trip.
An affordable location should be chosen so that it doesn't cost the school much.
Students should be asked to get the form signed if their parents would allow them to go or not as some students have issue going outside the premises of school, so that alternate arrangements for those kids could be made.
And how my friends would react to this is that they will like the way I plan everything because I will make sure I plan everything after discussing with my friends.
