How do you write the equation of the line through (4, 7) and (-2, 1) in point-slope form?

the equation of a line in point slope form is y-y1=m(x-x1)

here m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

m=(-2-4)/(1-7)

m=-6/-6

m=1

the required equation is

y-7=1(x-4)

x-y+3=0
