How do you write the equation y−2=13(x+5) in slope intercept and standard form?

Solution:

y-2= 13(x+5)

=> y = 13x + 65 +2

=> y = 13x+67

Slope -intercept form :

y = mx+c

__________________

Compare above equation with

y=mx+c ,we get

slope(m) = 13,

y-intercept (c) = 67
