The standard form of equation is

✓ ax + by + c= 0

So,

y=4(x- 1)2- 10

=>y = 8(x- 1) -10

=> y = 8x - 8 -10

=> y = 8x - 18

=> 8x- y - 18= 0 ,

is the required standard form
