Basic computer Interrupts are the signals sent to CPU on external devices which is I/O devices.
It tells CPU to stop current activities as well as executes appropriate part in Operating System.
The Hardware Interrupts are mainly generated on the hardware devices with signal mainly have more attention from the OS.
Interrupts are quite important as they give user more control over computer.
