How does a bill become a law?

it passes through Lok Sabha Rajya Sabha and so there should be fixed numbers of people if they are agree then it passes and become a law

if a bill has passed in both the US house of representative and the US scented and as has been approved by the President or if a Presidential vote has been overridden the bill become a law that aforced by government.....
