Answer:
There are many purposes for laying a bore well, and your question is not stating the purpose. However if you are asking for bore well for water supply, the process is stated below.Generally wash boring is common. The top soil is hand drilled with an auger upto a metre and then an outer shell is placed. Now a special attachment of drill with nozzle at tip is placed into the bore with a steel pipe generally upto 6m is attached to it. A pump, manual or motorized is placed nearby with a plastic pipe attached to the end of the steel pipe with a L joint. Then the steel pipe is rotated with continues pumping of water through nozzle of drill tip. This process of wash boring is usually done on soft soil where the loose soil is washed up to the surface by water pressure.More pipe is placed on the go upto the desired water table. Then the whole arrangement is taken out and strainer is fitted in place of steel and the arrangement of pipe is lowered. If a submersible pump is in the scope,it is also fitted with the pipe arrangement.
