A communal mind often leads to a quest for political dominance of one's own religious community. For those belonging to majority community this takes the form of majoritarian dominance. For those belonging to the majority community it can take the form of desire to form a separate particular unit.

The thinking's of communal minds:

1. Our religion is most superior.

2. The followers of a particular religion should belong to one community.

3. They believe that either a minority group should make a separate nation or accept dominance.

4. Any difference in interest is irrelevant for the community.

5. People belonging to different religion cannot live equally as one nation.

Hope it helps you!
