How does a constitution binds every citizen and ordinary law making institution of the state?

  • every citizens are equal before the law.
  • due to constitution, there is no discrimination.
  • it has universal adult franchise which means all adults above 18 years old have the right to vote.
  • there is no discrimination against caste, creed, colour, race and religion.
  • each and every citizens have freedom.
  • it allow to live different ethnic groups in a country.
  • it does not refer to any offical language or religion.
  • the country having a constitution is also known as democratic country.
