when water is added to drop of ink.the water is flowable fluid when it get mixed to ink drop it make it evenly distribute.

A drop of ink gets evenly distributed in water because of diffusion process in which molecules of ink diffuse or mix into the spaces between molecules of water evenly higher concentration to lower concentration
