Because fruits are actually the ovary which swells up after fertilisation to form a fruit. Even though the stamens are removed, it can still carry out the process by pollinators which bring male gametes from other flowers.

Answer:

Despite the removal of the stamens(the male reproductive units) artificially, the flower produces fruits as it still has the pistil and so it can reproduce by cross pollination.
