1) Country can get lots of foreign currency as the remittance which can be used to establish industries in the country.

2) Such industries provide job opportunities in the country.

3) Foreign employment reduces the unemployment problem of a country.

Foreign employment is a short-term fix (= hard currency in), but a long-term disease (= brain drain).

All the willing, able and enthusiast people go abroad, leaving the home country to mentally crippled, often corrupt bureaucrats and other petty thieves. It is with sadness to see this process undermining lovely authentic cultures and see them deteriorate into ghost villages. Indeed it is a process quite similar to urbanization, leaving the country side empty and its local traditions dead.

Yes, foreign employment will bring hard currency into an economy, but it also takes away the chance of ever getting out of this miserable, dire economic situation.

Every foreign worker should go back after a few years, supported by the host economy, to invest and build business in her/his originating community. The crooks and criminals that caused the foreign worker to flee should be replaced by the returning foreign workers.
