A modern mobile screen is basically made up of LEDs (light emitting diodes). This LEDs project the data on the mobile screen. It works this way:- there are three different colours( i.e., red,blue,green) of LEDs the combination of the LEDs gives different colours on the screen, when this LEDs glows in a definite sequence it projects images on the screen.
Next is how the touch screen works:-
The touch screen reacts to any thing that conducts electricity such as the human skin which is a very good conductor of electricity also the stylus that we use is also made up of metal which is a very good conductor of electricity.

If i want to project something on a glass screen. basically, what things do I need ?
This can be done by two methods
1. By making tge surface of the glass rough
2. If you want to do this on a large scale then you can use the "PEPER'S GHOST ILLUSION"
PEPPER'S GHOST ILLUSION can't be explained here it needs a very long explanation and you can search for it on Google it you want
Sand blasting can be used to make the surface rough
