Hey mate!!!

The answer to your question is ;

A) Oiling

~In this type of method, there is a layer of grease or oil which provides a fluid like layer to the grooves and ridges present on the rough surface and reduces the surface irregularities.
Practically, if you put a fluid like water on irregular surface, it gets smooth as due potentiality..

B)Ball bearing

~In this method, we know that rolling friction is less than sliding friction. So we decrease the surface area present in that system. Thus we use ball bearings for decreasing excessive friction present..

Hope it helps you.....

Hii dear!!

(1) Friction is caused due to the irregularities between the two surfaces in contact.slow and object might appear smooth when we touch it, at the microscopic level there are irregularities.

(2) when we oil the surface of the object, we are filling the minute irregularities to a certain extend. Thus, a layer is created on which the other substance can move easily.

(3) rolling friction is of a lesser than sliding/ static friction. When ball bearing are used, the linear motion between the bodies is converted into rotational motion between the ball bearing and the second body. Thus, rolling friction comes into picture and thereby making it easier for us moving object.
