Answer:

People who develop an addiction typically find that, in time, the desired substance no longer gives them as much pleasure. They have to take more of it to obtain the same dopamine “high” because their brains have adapted—an effect known as tolerance.

When the person intracts with something and feels good with it and get an desired or undesired attachment with it ,that's what addiction is.

  • to avoid this

first day

  • leave the addictive thing completely

next day

  • if required or desired too much use it once ........next day again leave
  • and if agan desired uake once only

now in the same way continue 5 days only....

Note that:.....

after that dont try to stop thinking about the addictive thing...)))

but involve the mind in something good .....

  • Like studies
  • Newspaper
  • Other uninteresting games....

I know u allay think this is different but this

is the better way than usually leaving anything completely at once but that also brings u back completely..........

uninteresting games will keep u in addicted from that game also .....

hope u think this idea is good ......
