Answer:

Big deal...

Explanation:

A person gets depressed when he/she loses faith in his/her capabilities. For example, a girl failed in the term end examination of her school. She consoles herself and starts preparing for the upcoming examination. She again fails. Once again, she gives her best, but she fails. We get up when we fall down and the girl is doing the very same thing but when we do not get success inspite of trying a lot, we start feeling that we will never be able to do it, we are good for nothing, we are useless, etc. negative thoughts. These negative thoughts are the start of depression. Also, if some teacher of the girl, her parents or somebody else, starts picking up on her she will feel vulnerable and will think that she is unwanted and is of no use and need to this world.

We can overcome depression by figuring out the cause of our anxiety and try to fight it away...

I have never studied psychology as a subject, but I feel that this is the main reason.....
