HI MATE!

HERE IS UR ANSWER:

_________________

  • The ability of the pistil to recognise the pollen followed by its acceptance or rejection is the result of a continuous dialogue between pollen grain and the pistil.  In such plants, the generative cell divides and forms the two male gametes during the growth of pollen tube in the stigma.
  • Emasculation is done to avoid self-pollination.But unisexual plants have either stamen or pistil. So, in that case only cross pollination is possible and hence emasculation is not reqiured in unisexual plants.

  1. The ability of the pistil to recognize the pollen is followed by its acceptance or rejection. It isthe result of a continuous dialogue between pollen grain and the pistil mediated by chemicalcomponents of the pollen interacting with those of the pistils.
  2. Emasculation is done to prevent self-pollination and since unisexual have only one type of flowers, therefore only one gamete is produced so emasculation is not required here to prevent self-pollination.
