As and when the poet sees the large area of daffodils along the lake side.
He was blown with the happiness as the bright yellow flowers were reflecting in the water. This mere sight of flowers made him cheerful.
These flowers are not only poetry but also cheerful and joyous to the poet as they bring him out of the loneliness.
