How does a ray bend as it passes from one transparent medium to another ?

The bending of ray from passing out from one transperant medium to another transperant medium is called refraction of light


If the light passes from denser medium to rearer medium the light ray bend away from the normal


If the light passes from rearer medium to denser medium the normal bend towards the light ray bends towards the normal


If the ray incident normally on the surface it passes through the the

medium without any deviation
