HEY MATE,
Here is your answer
__________________________

• Bending of light happens due to \bf{Refraction}.

• When a ray of light travels from an optically denser medium to rarer it bends \bf{away\:from\:the\:normal}

• When a ray of light travels from an optically rare medium to denser medium it bends \bf{towards\:the\:normal}

Hope this helps!!!!
