The solution becomes saturated when you can’t get any more of the solute to dissolve. For example, if you take water and add juice crystals to it, the solution is saturated when you can’t dissolve any more of the juice crystals in the water. You’ll be able to see the little juice crystals at the bottom of the water hanging around and not dissolving.
