The spin cycle uses centrifugal force to whisk the water away from the clothes. That's one of the reasons there are holes in the sides. The clothing is stopped by the walls, but the water can keep moving outward. In the finale rinse it drains the water leaving wet clothes then spins them around to lose water.

Due to very high rotating speed of the Dyrer tank , or rather we can called as Centrifugal Motion , the water escapes out the close quickly and makes the clothes to somewhat Dry, so it can take less time to Dry.
