A woman with a blocked fallopian tube cannot give birth to babies. Secondary oocyte will not come into the fallopian tube if it is blocked. Fertilisation also occurs in the fallopian tube. But if fallopian tube remains blocked the sperm cannot reach to the agg for fertilisation and if dertilisation will not occur a woman cannot be pregnant. Hence a woman cannot give birth to babies if she have blocked fallopian tube.
Modern techniques like surrogacy may be applied. But she cannot be pregnant and cannot give birth to a baby naturally.

I hope it will help you.

Thankyou
