How does air from mouth help on cleaning spectacles

the air from our mouth contains moisture and this moisture helps in cleaning away the dust particles in our spectacles
or the dust particles will get stuck to the molecules of water from the air from our mouth

The air from our mouth or our breathe has water content or moisture and when we wipe the spectacles with a cloth the moisture from the air carries the dirt and dust particles along with it thus cleaning the spectacles.And we all know that water is a good cleanser.
