Answer: Air is the invisible gaseous material that surrounds the globe and is primarily fusion of many gases. Approximately 78% of the air in Earth's atmosphere is nitrogen, while 21% is oxygen. Small amount of numerous other gases, including carbon dioxide, neon, argon and hydrogen, are also present in air.

Explanation:  Air supports life on Earth in many ways:

  1. Breathing: Respiration is a procedure that includes breathing. A living organism breathes by taking in oxygen from the air and exhaling carbon dioxide. Animals and plants get the energy they need to eat, grow, and sustain life from this process.
  2. Moisture:  The highest relative humidity—just before it starts to rain—is 100 percent since humidity is typically expressed as a percentage. Moisture sustains life.
  3. Protective layer:  Our atmosphere serves as insulation, preventing the Earth from becoming too hot or cold. Another chemical in the atmosphere called ozone also shields life on Earth from harmful ultraviolet radiations. The atmosphere's air can shield humans from meteoroids as well. Before reaching Earth, meteoroids that enter our atmosphere scrape against the air and frequently burn into minute fragments.
  4. Bioaerosols: In dirt and water, there are several living organisms.         The term "bioaerosols" refers to the little microbes. They are living  things hanging out in the air. Despite the fact that these bacteria cannot fly, they can move through the air for a great distance thanks to the wind,  rain, or even a sneeze.
