Amoeba engulfs tiny particles of food by throwing its false feet ,known as pseudopodia around it. The pseudopodia join together to form a small cavity know as food vacuole.The food inside the vacuole is digested by digestive juices. It is absorbed and assimilated there to provide energy and perform other functions.

hi there
=============================
Amoeba first makes a finger like projection around its food and then breaks the wall to let the food enter in it then in cytoplasm it gets entered and then the food is transfered in all over the body and then the left food is excreted out.
