question- how does amoeba obtain its food?

Answer

Amoeba obtains its food by the process of endocytosis. It has flexible cell membrane. It engulfs the food particle with the help of pseudopodia and then forms a vacuole around it. When the particle is completely trapped the amoeba secretes digestive enzymes that digests the food. thus the amoeba obtains it's food.

question -why does the skin of your fingers shrink when you wash clothes for a long time cl

Answer

The detergent solution is hypertonic compared to concentration of cell sap in our skin cells. Washing of clothes with hands leads to exosmosis in the skin cells resulting in flow of water continuously from skin cell to outside. Due to this, the skin of fingers shrink.
