Hey mate!
Amoeba is a unicellular organism and so all the life processes of an amoeba are done by its cell. As all cells have cell organelles, the work is divided between them. So in an amoeba, the single cell is responsible for all processes like digestion, excretion, reproduction, etc.

Binary fission in amoeba. Amoeba is a shapeless , tiny unicellular organism that has porous cell membrane which encloses cell membrane and cytoplasm. After replicating it's genetic material through metotic division , the cell divides into 2 equal sized daughter cells .
